| We have recently added to our range some products that are exceptionally fragile. Even with double layers of bubble wrap, and the extra cushioning of a padded bag, we are concerned that these products may be damaged in the mail. Therefore, we have added a new postage option: Extra-Fragile Post. If you select this option, your items will be sent in a small, hard-cardboard box, rather than in a padded bag. When we think a certain product should be posted using this method, we will clearly state this - in bold type - in the product description. It's up to you whether or not you then choose this option, but please note that Tomjoolery accepts no responsibility for damage caused to your items during transit. Please note, also, that the price quoted on this postage option is for Australian customers only. If you are an international customer who would like your goods sent in a box, please ask us for a quote via email. Oh, and one other thing: this information applies only to a tiny fraction of our products. A padded bag is quite sufficient for the vast majority of orders.
